SPDate Terms of Service: User Agreement and Platform Rules
This legal agreement governs your access and use of the SPDate online dating platform. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall SPDate, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
- Any content obtained from the Services
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you have paid to SPDate in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. SPDate DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
SPDate does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content available through the Services.
You acknowledge that your use of the Services is at your sole risk. SPDate does not guarantee any specific results from the use of the Services and makes no representations regarding the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, or accuracy of the Services for any purpose.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
You may terminate your account at any time by following the account deletion instructions within the Platform or by contacting our support team. Certain information may remain in our records after termination as permitted by law and our Privacy Policy.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the United Kingdom. The seat of arbitration shall be London, United Kingdom. The language of the arbitration shall be English.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or enjoin the infringement of our intellectual property rights.
9. Changes to Terms
